At 5:29 PM, our department was alerted to assist Kimberton Fire Company with a building fire at the rectory of St. Basil the Great Parish on Kimberton Road, East Pikeland Township. The caller reported the roof was on fire.

Engine, Ladder, Rescue, and Utility 65-2 responded to the incident. Our crews were assigned to assist with establishing a water supply for Squad 61, report to the second floor to assist with extinguishing the fire and opening up the ceiling, and report to the roof with saws for ventilation.

Our crews cleared the scene after about 90 minutes.
