At 10:49 AM, an engine from our department was requested on the Working Fire Dispatch to assist Liberty Fire Co., Spring City with a house fire. The house was located on the 200 block of Broad Street in Spring City Borough. Chief 65 and a crew with Engine 65-1 responded on the assignment. Chief 65 arrived and assumed the role of Incident Commander. The engine crew was assigned to check for fire extension and wert down hot spots on the second and third floors of the house. Our crew also assisted with ventilation and cleanup.
