The 81st Annual Dogwood Parade kicks off at 1:00 p.m., followed by a parade of fire, EMS and other emergency response vehicles to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Phoenixville Fire Department.

A special ceremony will be held at the Phoenixville Fire Department after the parade beginning at 4 p.m.
